The Beginning
I never begin with a finished image. I begin with a feeling.
Sometimes it is barely perceptible — a movement somewhere beneath thought. Sometimes it is so concentrated that it seems to demand an immediate release.
I do not always know what it wants to become. A painting. A line. A photograph. A poem. A melody. A moving image. An entire visual world.
I follow it. And gradually, something that did not exist before begins to take form.
For me, creation is not simply the execution of an idea. It is the discovery of something I could not have fully imagined in advance.
Feeling seeks form. This is where my work begins.
The Inner Landscape
There are emotions that cannot be contained by language alone. They accumulate, deepen, change their intensity, and search for another way to exist.
Love has been one of the deepest creative forces in my life. Through painting, I have tried to give color and texture to emotions too intense to remain invisible. Through poetry, I have searched for words capable of carrying what the heart cannot contain.
My Feelings series emerged from this need to transform an inner experience into something tangible.
These paintings do not attempt to represent a particular scene or illustrate a specific story. They are emotional landscapes.
Color becomes intensity. Darkness becomes depth. Texture becomes movement. A sudden mark becomes the trace of something that could not remain unexpressed.
I am not painting what emotion looks like. I am allowing emotion to become visible.
